Imagine it- at a height of about 35 meters, surrounded by tropical trees, and the roar of the waterfall – that’s Gitgit Waterfall and it is one of the most beautiful tourist destinations in northern Bali. In the rain forest are so protected areas and this is where you will often see the wild monkeys on their way to the waterfall. They are really quite amazing to see. Gitgit Waterfall is located in Gitgit countryside, in the Sukasda sub district, which is about 10 km from Singaraja Town. At 300 meters above sea level, the spectacular Gitgit Waterfall rushes down. You can take a rest while you enjoy the panoramic views, and there is a well marked walkway that all tourists can follow to the spot point.
